Chang Shao Chuan (English name is Cinzia) is Miss Republic of China (Taiwan) 2013. She represented Taiwan / Chinese Taipei in Miss World 2013. Cinzia has previously competed in Miss Intercontinental 2012 and in Miss Freedom of the World 2013.
